In order to understand your needs from your new boiler install, the set up of the household (or business) and the number of people who live (or work) there, we will ask a series of questions to fully understand what boiler you need to be able to guide you in the right direction when choosing your own boiler to be installed.
- Is this a new boiler installation or a replacement boiler install?
- Do you have a gas supply?
- Do you have electricity if there is no gas supply?
- Do you want an oil or solar boiler installed?
- Do you need a Combi Boiler, Traditional Boiler (Standard Boiler) or System Boiler?
- Do you want your boiler fitted in the same location or a different one?
- How many bedrooms (or office space) are in the property? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 bedroom etc)

Boiler Installation After Care
Once you have had your boiler installation completed, what happens next?
Once you have had your boiler installed, our boiler engineer will show you how to operate it and set up any additional features which you may have decided to choose such as a wireless room thermostat which allows you to control your temperature from a wireless control or even from your mobile phone. (This is an amazing new innovation and most customers will choose this although it is not necessary for a new boiler installation).
Our boiler engineer will also guide you through your warranty and inform you what paperwork you will have to keep (and the key for your magnetic filter).
After your boiler installation, your boiler engineer will register you new boiler so that the boiler manufacturer is aware of the new boiler installation and can award your warranty accordingly.
From there on, you will be reminded about your annual boiler service which is required for your boiler warranty with the manufacturers. You can choose to have an annual boiler service or you can look at our care plans to have all of your boiler services and repairs taken care of for one small monthly payment.
